Our licensed electricians and electrical technicians are fully qualified to come to site and troubleshoot / repair when breakdowns occur. When it is not optimal to repair devices in the field, we have a fully setup repair facility. Once a repair is complete we have capabilities to test and ensure functionality after the repair.
With a fully setup PLC and HMI test panel, we can ensure functionality of programming prior to coming to site for a smooth commissioning.

Warranty Service
and Repair
For Danfoss, we can work with the manufacturer and take the burden off the customer to sort out warranty. If warranty is approved by Danfoss, Avcontrols will gather the parts required for the repair and ensure the VFD is repaired to factory
specifications.
VFD repairs in general, with our certified technicians and supply chain, we are able to repair most common name brand VFD’s. Once repairs are completed, with our fully setup test center, Avcontrols have the ability to test every VFD repaired prior to returning to the customer.
